Session 199: “The Garden of Merging Paths” by Rebecca Solnit – Josefwiese

For this final summer session, Carolyn Kerchof selected the 1995 essay “The Garden of Merging Paths” by Rebecca Solnit from the book Storming The Gates of Paradise: Landscapes for Politics (University of California Press, 2007). In this essay Solnit considers what kind of place Silicon Valley really is and decides on the following metaphor: it’s a maze.
